Once we have received your cancellation request, we will process it as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full. If your order has already shipped, we will contact you to arrange a return.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that have been shipped. If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to return the items to us in their original condition.
